Double One Percent uses your intake answers to understand your goals and prepare your coaching program. Your answers may include health history, nutrition, training, measurements and optional photos.

What you choose to share

Only your name and verified email are required to submit. You can skip sensitive questions, unknown measurements and photos. Share only information you are comfortable using for coaching.

Storage and access

Answers and photos are stored in Supabase. Access is restricted to your account and authorized coaches. Vercel hosts the website. Sign-in emails are processed by the configured email delivery provider. Intake answers and photos are not included in notification emails.

Corrections and deletion

You can edit a draft before submitting. Contact your coach through your existing communication channel to request a correction or deletion after submission, or to ask how long your records will be retained.

Before submitting

Submission records the time and the version of this notice you accepted. It does not enroll you in marketing emails or authorize public use of your photos.
