Terms of Service and Participation Waiver

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your participation in the Double One Percent program (the “Program”). In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business providing the Program.
Read these terms before beginning your intake. Contact support@doubleonepercent.com if you have questions about them.
2. Fitness and nutrition guidance; no medical services
We are not medical professionals. The Program provides fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical clearance to exercise or change your diet.
Because the Program is delivered remotely, we cannot examine you or fully assess your health, physical condition, or ability to participate safely. Information you provide in your questionnaire does not replace an assessment by your physician.
If you are unsure whether you can safely participate, consult your physician before submitting your completed questionnaire or undertaking Program activities. Contact us to delay your start while you obtain medical advice. Do not disregard your physician’s advice because of Program information.
3. When your Program starts
Your Program starts when you complete and submit the intake questionnaire. This is the start point for the refund policy below, even if you have not yet received your plan, attended a call, or begun training.
If you need medical advice before deciding whether to participate, do not submit your completed questionnaire until that question is resolved.
4. Medical refunds before the Program starts
If your physician advises that you cannot participate before your Program starts, you may request a refund by contacting support@doubleonepercent.com before submitting your completed questionnaire.
To support your request, provide either:
- A valid physician’s note as a PDF or clear photograph; or
- An email sent directly to support@doubleonepercent.com by a physician whose identity and professional credentials can be verified.
The note or email must confirm that your physician advises against your participation in the Program. We may verify that the documentation is authentic and was issued by a qualified physician. You do not need to send unrelated medical records.
Eligible refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we verify the supporting evidence and approve refund eligibility.
Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, the Program has started and we do not offer refunds under this policy. Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Participation risks and your responsibilities
Exercise, changes in diet, and other Program activities involve risks. These may include discomfort, injury, illness, aggravation of an existing condition, permanent disability, and death. Remote guidance cannot eliminate these risks or guarantee a particular outcome.
You choose whether to participate and accept the inherent risks of the activities you undertake. Provide accurate information about yourself and tell us about relevant changes that affect your participation. Follow your physician’s advice and use judgment about your condition and capabilities.
Read the instructions before acting on them. If you do not understand an instruction, ask us for clarification before attempting the activity. You are responsible for the actions you choose to take, including modifying instructions, using information outside its intended purpose, or continuing with an activity you do not understand. Stop an activity if you believe it is unsafe for you and seek appropriate medical advice when needed.
6. Participation waiver and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release the Program provider from claims for injury, illness, disability, or death arising from the inherent risks you voluntarily accept by participating, or from your misuse of Program information, unauthorized changes to instructions, or decision to proceed despite not understanding an instruction.
This waiver does not exclude liability or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. It does not purport to excuse gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any other conduct for which liability cannot be waived. Your responsibilities under these terms do not remove responsibilities the law places on us.
7. Your agreement
By selecting the acknowledgement checkbox and continuing into your intake, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them, including the participation risks, the waiver and its limits, and the definition of Program start and medical refund policy.
Opening the terms page by itself does not constitute agreement.
